We hold expertise in offering an exclusive range of Fully Automatic Change Over Manifold System that is broadly used for two cylinder system where automatically switching over is required from one cylinder to other, when the pressure in the one cylinder is below the set pressure. • Set the outlet pressure as per requirement With outlet press Regulator
• Inlet Pressure Gauge : 2 nos. of 0 – 210 Kg Gauge
• Open outlet valve to use as per requirement
  

Setting Procedure:

• Connect both cylinders with flexible pigtails
• Open the cylinder 1 and apply the pressure of Cylinder 1 ( Line 1) to the manifold
• Set the pressure through cylinder 1 regulator ( e.g. 7 kg)
• Open the cylinder 2 and apply the pressure of cylinder 2 ( Line 2 ) to the manifold.
• Set the pressure through cylinder 2 regulator ( e..g. 6 Kg.)
• Set the outlet pressure as per requirement With outlet press Regulator
• Open outlet valve to use as per requirement
  Vent valve 1 and vent valve 2 is use to purge vent the gas Cylinder change Procedure :- if cylinder1cylinder got empty close the shutt off vale replace Cylinder with filled cylinder open the vent valve for few seconds to purge and close the valve repeat same procedure for cylinder 2 if .it get empty.
